Weeks 1–2: Foundation & Pelvic Awareness
These weeks focus on orientation, education, and body awareness to help you understand how the diaphragm, abdominal wall, pelvic floor, and nervous system work together, identify pelvic floor landmarks using external awareness only, and learn the role of breathing and pressure management as the foundation for meaningful change.
Weeks 3–4: Coordination, Load Management & Symptom Patterns
This phase explores how pelvic symptoms develop within the whole system by examining common muscle response patterns, improving coordination and load tolerance during daily movement, and observing how the abdominal wall responds to pressure without forcing correction.
Weeks 5–6: Integration, Habits & Functional Application
The final weeks focus on carrying strategies into daily life through applied breathing for relaxation and activation, observation of bowel and bladder patterns, habit tracking, and functional integration to support clarity, confidence, and sustainable progress.
This program may be a good fit if you:
Want a clear, structured, evidence-informed approach
Prefer education and understanding over aggressive exercises
Experience pelvic symptoms that change with stress, activity, or fatigue
Want to improve daily function, comfort, and confidence
